| Project NExT is a program of the MAA which "addresses all aspects of an academic career: improving the teaching and learning of mathematics, engaging in research and scholarship, and participating in professional activities. It also provides the participants with a network of peers and mentors as they assume these responsibilities."
If you are in you are starting your first job (or have recently started your first tenure-track job) then ask your employer if they will provide financial support for you to attend two Mathfests and one Joint Meetings to take part in this wonderful opportunity.
The deadline is fast approaching: April 17th.
