Job Search Resources Job Search

I recently applied for faculty positions at liberal arts colleges, and found that there was no "central database" for mathematics jobs and no "keyword" for liberal arts jobs.

I will share my lessons learned so that others do not have to re-invent the wheel.

Here is a list of job listing resources for mathematics.  Note that there is overlap, but also differences.  I am not sure whether these cover the space of math job openings.

International:
Here is my process for determining whether or not a given university was a liberal arts college:
  1.  If they say so in their job description (Note:  this is rare)
  2.  If they are listed here:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_liberal_arts_colleges_in_the_United_States
  3.  If there is some other information in their job description which leads you to believe it may be a liberal arts college, look it up on their website.

This site would be helpful to those faculty staff majoring in mathematics in searching for jobs in universities or colleges. This would also be helpful to newly graduates who majored in math seeking for employment. My Last Blog Post Revitol Stretch Mark Cream Review
