Quick Facts: Graduated with a B.A. in math from a very highly ranked liberal arts college a few years ago. GPA: 3.3 Currently working on a M.A. in math at Villanova. part-time. Hope to graduate with at least a 3.7. So, where should I apply? Temple? Penn? Columbia? USC? Northwestern? Pitt? Thanks.

Your grades are not the sole determining factor in where you should apply. They may help to determine the level of school (I'd say Columbia and Northwestern are probably out unless you have something like ugrad research or really high math gre scores), but for people to help give you advice on where to apply you really need to give an idea of what area of mathematics you are interested in.
