The 2nd annual Career Mentoring Worskhop (CaMeW) for Women in the mathematical sciences is to be held July 27-29, 2008 at Wheaton College (Massachusetts).  The goals of the workshop are to help inform women finishing their PhDs about different aspects of the job search and different career paths and to introduce them to peers and mentors on whom they can call over the next year (and beyond).  We had a very successful first workshop last summer at West Point and we hope to build on that this summer.  We are soliciting applications from women who are intending to finish their PhDs next year. Funding from an MAA/Tensor grant, Wheaton College and the Math Dept at West Point will provide at least partial funding for all participants.

You can find more information at our website:
http://www.wheatoncollege.edu/CaMeW/. The application deadline is May 1st.
