I am now sure how serious a journal this is, but the concept is interesting and novel.

From their website:

Rejecta Mathematica is a new, open access, online journal that publishes only papers that have been rejected from peer-reviewed journals (or conferences with comparable review standards) in the mathematical sciences.

[new] Interesting Idea (none / 0) (#1)

This journal is certainly an interesting idea. If this journal is actually a real journal and not a joke, then I wonder if it's worth publishing in this journal. I guess no one besides the authors and editors take this journal seriously. Even the name suggests that either this journal is a complete joke or is a real journal that publishes poor quality papers.

In short, I cannot imagine what job search committees would think of me if they saw in my vita that one of my papers is published in a journal called Rejecta Mathematica!
