I ran across this organization/network while browsing a local post doc resource webpage entitled "A Guide to the Postdoctoral Experience at UW-Madison". They seems to be somewhat similar to the YMN (similar in terms of focus on profesional development and networking, different in that it is more specificly focused on postdocs and also different in that it is more broadly for postdocs in any (scientific) field).

The have a newsletter too.
