While I was doing some background research for something else, I came across another scoop-style site for mathematics: CuriousMath.

CuriousMath is a site for tricks and tips: things like divisibility tests, algorithms for summing things in your head, and other such interesting titbits.

It's always interesting to see other online communities for mathematics and mathematicians.
