You should take the GRE General and the GRE Math subject tests. Most grad programs require them. Unless you're applying to programs that don't require them. Even then, sometimes they can help your overall application if you do well on them and are maybe deficient in some other area(s). Cracking the GRE Math and Cracking the GRE are some good resources for studying for them. Good luck.
