We have starting using the "Menu-Mailer" service from www.savingdinner.com. Every week they mail out recipes and shopping lists. You can select the type of menu you want and the approximate number who need to be fed. We use the 2 person dinners, even though we have a family of four because our children are young (2&4). The fact that the menus come with a shopping list are a big advantage.

My wife has also discovered www.FLYlady.net. This a website that offers cleaning stratgies. For example, they promote the notion that it is very important to keep your sink clean and to never clean for more than 15 minutes ta a time. It's also a bit of a support group, in that you shouldn't feel guilty for not having a cleaner house.
